Star Wars: The Old Republic Announced

Well after several months of rumours and speculation, Bioware officially announced that they are currently developing a Star Wars MMO based on the KOTOR timeline. This game is set to follow on approximately 300 years after the 2nd KOTOR rpg just as the peace between the Sith Empire led by Naga Shadow and The Republic is coming to an end. At the moment not much information about the game itself has been released other than development is currently underway. To be honest though, I have more faith in Bioware and I have ever had in Verant (EQ, EQII, SW:Galaxies) of making a game that wasn’t a peice of pure and utter shit. (Yes, I have played these games and think they are rubbish).

Oh, and screw being a Sith or a Jedi, the only class / race whatever that is worth being is a Mandalorian. I just hope they announce that as an option.

Until it is release it is back to WAR and WoW for me.
